The flow

Transparency and a strong methodology are essential for successful relationships.

So, I’ve outlined my client and design workflow for you.

You’ll know exactly what’s going on and when, keeping things simple and straightforward!

01

Let’s
Chat First

Before any ink hits the paper and any cash changes hands, let’s jump on a quick 30 to 60-min call.

We’ll chat about everything – the project scope, what you’ll get, timelines, budget, you name it.

Usually, we shake on it verbally right then and there.

02

The
Official Stuff

After our chat, I’ll whip up a scope of work that lays out all the goodies and the price tag we chatted about.

You give it the thumbs up, and boom, I send over the contract, a brief template, and the bill for a 50% deposit.

We’re in business once those are signed, sealed, and paid.

03

Design
Magic Begins

Got your contract, deposit, and the brief with your moodboard?

Great, it’s time for me to roll up my sleeves.

I’ll dive into my design process, aiming to nail a direction that hits the brief spot on.

04

Show
and Tell

Fast forward two or three weeks, and it’s showtime.

I’ll walk you through my design journey, explaining the why behind every twist and turn, aiming for that “aha” moment at the end.

Don’t worry, you’ll get the deck to mull over later.

05

Think
It Over

Take a beat to let it all sink in. Digesting design takes a moment, so give it a day or two before hitting me with your thoughts.

Need tweaks?

Depending on what’s needed, we might sort it via email or another sit-down for the bigger stuff.

06

Wrap
It Up

Once you’ve given the final nod, I’ll send the last invoice your way.

After settling up, you’ll get all the files, neatly organized and ready to go.

And hey, I’m not just disappearing; expect a check-in from me in a couple of months to see how everything’s going!

01

Diving
Into Your World

The moment you hand over your brief and moodboard, it’s like I’m a detective on a mission.

I pore over every detail, breaking it down until I’ve got nine golden success metrics to guide us.

Then, it’s research time—I’ll be diving deep into your brand’s universe, checking out the competition, and getting the lowdown on your audience.

02

Playing
With Words

Sometimes, certain words just jump off the page.

That’s where word mapping comes in—it’s like a treasure hunt for words, finding new ones that vibe the same way or painting them in a visual light.

This little exercise sparks a ton of ideas and helps me get even closer to what makes your brand tick

03

Sketching
Out the Spark

Ideas have been bubbling up, and now it’s time to let them loose.

This stage is all about speed sketching—no detail, no fuss, just raw, fast-fire thoughts on paper.

Once I’ve got a pile of sketches, I sift through to spot any hidden gems ready for the next round of polish.

04

Polishing
Diamonds

Out of the brainstorm comes 5-10 ideas that really shine.

I keep it old-school here, working on paper to flesh them out more freely than I ever could on a screen.

It’s about finding and fixing any kinks, and usually, one idea starts to scream “Pick me!”

05

Bringing
Ideas to Life

A couple of top contenders make their way to the digital world, getting all spruced up with the right fonts and colors that hit the brief’s targets.

I’ll whip up some mock-ups too, showing you how these concepts strut their stuff in the real world.

06

Your Thoughts,
Our Blueprint

After you’ve had a chance to soak in the presentation and gather your thoughts, any tweaks you’ve got are on the table.

If there’s a bit more elbow grease needed, I’ll put together another showcase.

Once we’re all thumbs up, I’ll send the final bill your way.

As soon as that’s settled, all the sparkling new assets are yours, ready to dazzle.
